I visited Hatton Garden in December as my mother wanted to sell her 22 Carat Gold Jewellery. I went into around 20-30 shops for quotes and the majority was very miserly, even one guy accusing me that one of the bracelets were ‘18 Carat, even 14’!!! Ridiculous!!! One shop (BHS) overpriced the jewellery, then couldn’t afford to pay when I said I’d take the offer!Ali, at Vogue London situated in the Heart of Hatton Garden, was polite, professional, friendly, honest and his shop had a family atmosphere.He gave me a price on my first day there and when I telephoned to make sure he had the money before I made my way to his shop and waste my time, he assured me he would purchase my mother’s jewellery.He was very honest and because the price of gold had gone up when I returned to his shop a few days later, the amount he offered was even better.If you’re looking to sell your gold/jewellery or even buy jewellery, check out Vogue London situated in the Heart of Hatton Garden shop (as soon as you walk in, it’s the first shop on your right).I cannot praise them enough!Will be going there again as mum would like to sell more of her gold in the new year too!

Very friendly staff and high quality jewellery. My fiance and I ordered our wedding bands from Vogue and they did a great job. We also ordered a necklace with a pink sapphire and it was a piece of Art.The jewellery is very unique and not like anything in high street stores that ask for a ridiculous price for very poor quality jewellery.We are very pleased with our experince and will definitely recommend to our friends.Thanks Vogue!

Few weeks ago we walked into the store with the idea to get a matching hemsa hand pendant. They didn’t have the pendant in the size and with the diamonds that we want it ,but Ali is been very helpful and assured us that he will be able to make the pendant just the way we would like it.Their service was fantastic ,the pendants are excellent made of the finest quality materials.We highly recommend their service to anyone who’s looking to purchase jewellery.

I found Ali to be extremely helpful and knowledgable in regards to buying an engagement ring. I recently bought a ring and proposed, Ali was very approachable and did not try and push me for a quick sale, he was patient and talked me through the process of how to buy a ring with a budget that I had set. I would recommend to use Vogue and Ali to my friends in the near future when their time comes.

On shopping for an engagement ring for my now wife I had a very specific criteria of stone in mind. I got quotes from almost all jewelers on Hatton Garden, along with various online diamond dealers. The price Ali returned was the best, and on checking the GIA cert of the stone it matched the quality I was looking for.Happy with the engagement ring purchase I returned for our wedding bands where again I was given a very reasonable quote. All work on resizing was done to a tight deadline and the staff were all friendly and happy for me to ask questions, check options, change my mind etc.If I was looking for another diamond I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

I bought an engagement ring from vogue about a month ago. I spent Soooo long looking in high street shops and calling into nearly every shop in Hatton Garden. It’s an important decision and must be researched properly!! My experience is I found the staff in vogue very helpful and down to earth. I got the feeling I was being fed lots of bull**** in other shops so they could make a sale. Not in Vogue! Their shop and display facilities are not as fancy/glam as other shop but don’t let that put you off!!! I chose a round brilliant 0.52 carat E Colour VS2 diamond on a classic solitaire platinum ring. The diamond had a GIA certificate which is important. The mastercraftsman made the ring for me and I was absolutely delighted with the quality. It took about a week.. during that time I called into the shop as I work close by for an update which the were only too happy to give. I absolutely recommend Vogue. Customer service, Quality and Price was excellent. I will return for the wedding bands! (She said yes) :-)
